But, is this good for the Giants? I think so. I will explain that in a bit.
First of all, some people think that this dispute between Terrell Owens and the Philadelphia Eagles is a terrible thing. For football, yes, it is terrible. The media constantly shows pictures of Terrell Owens and his gimmicks, like playing basketball and lifting weights in his driveway, instead of showing what is going on in the different camps in the NFL. Nobody cares about seeing him and Drew Rosenhaus complaining that a 7 year, almost $50 million is not a big enough contract. For God sakes, he's a playing a game for a living, what better can you ask for?
Peyton Manning wants to see coverage of Eli and the Giants so he can see how he's doing, or coverage of the Colts because they never show these teams who are quiet and having successful camps. Ray Lewis wants to see more coverage of the Patriots because they won the Super Bowl and deserve it, unlike "T.O." and the Eagles.
I agree with these people, I want to see coverage of different teams and players around the NFL instead of seeing this overrated player. Yes, I said overrated. How many times has he won the Super Bowl, claiming to be the best? He doesn't help his team - he's talented... you can't take that away from him. But the baggage he brings along is not worth the garbage he pulls on the field and in the locker room. He kills team chemistry, and this is why none of the good teams want him.
So back to my original proposal. I was reading an article in the New York Daily News today, and it was about Owens, and how this fight between him, Donovan McNabb and Andy Reid will hurt the Eagles this year. It also brought up a good point... this will help the Giants take the NFC East this season. Most people think the Giants are terrible, which they were last season. But, they also had half of their team on IR, which really did not help. If they can stay healthy (and this is a big if), the Giants will be in contention for the NFC East title. The defense is looking good with new additions like LB Antonio Pierce, and the offense is looking good with Eli at the helm and WR Plaxico Burress teaming up with Amani Toomer as his wideouts. Of course, Tiki should have a great year and newcomer RB Brandon Jacobs is having a terrific preseason. I know preseason doesn't matter, but it does help to see a player's potential in the NFL, and after 1 game, he's showing a huge amount of potential. With the Eagles, Owens is tearing apart that locker room, and it's evident by the way some of his teammated speak with the media. This is great for the Giants, as well as the Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys. I don't really think they have what it takes to take the NFC East title from the Eagles, even with this problem. I really think the Giants have a shot. Even if I didn't, I would still believe they did, but now, I really think they have a chance at taking the throne that the Eagles have held for the past few years.
Hopefully, I will be correct. If not, I guess there's always next year, because it looks like Big Blue will only get better each year.

Who knows...
I don't even know what to think about tons of stuff anymore, I might as well just give up trying.
Giants training camp started, can't wait for the season.
I got flicked off the other day for no reason, that was pretty weird, but it was kind of funny. Stupid girls driving down the parkway and they just flicked us off for no apparent reason. I laugh in their faces.
